🔹 EIO Inspection Policy – At the Time of Delivery Only 🔹
📦 Inspection Upon Delivery
Inspection is available only when receiving the order from the delivery representative.
👀 Quick Check Allowed
Customers can open the package and briefly inspect the items in front of the representative.
⏱️ Inspection time must not exceed 5 minutes to ensure prompt service.
🚫 No Trying On
Trying on the items during inspection is not permitted.
🔖 Keep Items Intact
Items must stay in their original condition, with tags and packaging untouched.
❌ No Returns After Courier Leaves
Once the delivery rep leaves, no returns will be accepted.
💸 Delivery Fees Apply Regardless
Delivery fees must be paid whether the order is accepted or not.
↩️ Immediate Return if Not Needed
If an item isn’t wanted, it must be handed back immediately to the representative.
📦 Full Order Return = Customer Pays Reverse Shipping
If the entire order is returned, the customer bears the reverse shipping cost.
🚫 No Inspection for Accessories & Underwear
These items are excluded from the inspection policy.
📍 Be on Time!
Customer must be at the specified address at the agreed time.
⏰ Late or No Response?
The order will be canceled with no refund if the customer is late or unresponsive.
📸 Damaged Item? Act Fast!
Any damage must be reported immediately to the rep with photos for proof.
No claims are accepted after the rep leaves without documentation.

Inspection service is provided only in supported locations.
🚫 No Refund for Delivery Fees on Returns
Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
🔁 All or Nothing
Partial returns are not allowed. Accept or return the entire order during inspection.
✅ Items Must Be Returned As Received
Returned items must be in their original, undamaged condition.
📝 Agreement Upon Acceptance
By accepting the order, the customer agrees to all terms and conditions.
