Payment and Collection Policies

💳 Payment Methods Policy – EIO

1. Cash on Delivery (COD)

1.1. Payment in cash is available upon receiving the order from the delivery representative.

1.2. A cash collection fee of EGP 10 is added per order.

1.3. The customer must provide the full amount in cash upon delivery.

1.4. The package cannot be opened or inspected before full payment is made.

1.5. In case of order refusal, the customer will bear the delivery and collection fees.

2. E-Wallets (e.g., Vodafone Cash, Orange Money, etc.)

2.1. Customers can pay using supported electronic wallets.

2.2. A collection fee of 2.75% + EGP 3 per transaction applies.

2.3. Payment must be confirmed before the order is shipped.

2.4. If the order is canceled after payment, the amount will be refunded after deducting the collection fees.

2.5. The customer is responsible for any additional fees charged by the wallet provider.

3. InstaPay

3.1. Payments via InstaPay app for instant bank transfers are accepted.

3.2. A transfer fee of 0.1% of the transaction amount applies (minimum EGP 0.5, maximum EGP 20 per transaction).

3.3. The customer must send proof of transfer to confirm the payment.

3.4. In case of cancellation, the amount will be refunded after deducting transfer fees.

3.5. The customer bears any extra charges imposed by participating banks.

4. Credit/Debit Card

4.1. Payments can be made using credit or debit cards via Paymob gateway.

4.2. A collection fee of 2.75% + EGP 3 per transaction applies.

4.3. The transaction must be successfully completed before the order is shipped.

4.4. In case of cancellation, the amount will be refunded after deducting the collection fees.

4.5. The customer is responsible for any additional bank fees related to the card issuer.

5. General Terms

5.1. All fees mentioned above are subject to change based on Paymob Egypt's policies.

5.2. Customers should review payment details and fees before completing any transaction.
