🔹 EIO Inspection Policy – At the Time of Delivery Only 🔹

  • Inspection is only available upon receiving the order from the delivery representative.
  • The customer has the right to open the package and briefly inspect the items in front of the representative.
  • Inspection time must not exceed 5 minutes to ensure prompt service.
  • Trying on items during the inspection is not allowed.
  • Items must remain in their original condition without removing tags or packaging.
  • No returns will be accepted after the delivery representative leaves.
  • Delivery fees must be paid regardless of whether the items are kept or returned.
  • If the customer does not wish to keep an item, it must be returned immediately to the representative.
  • The customer bears the reverse shipping fee in case of returning the entire order.
  • Inspection does not include accessories or underwear.
  • The customer must be present at the specified address at the agreed time.
  • If the customer is late or unresponsive, the order will be canceled without a refund.
  • If the item is received damaged, the issue must be reported immediately to the representative with visual documentation.
  • No complaints will be accepted after the representative has left unless documented immediately.
  • The inspection service is only available in supported areas.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable in case of full or partial return, unless the item is defective or has a clear manufacturing fault.
  • Partial returns are not allowed; the customer must either accept the entire order or return it in full during the inspection.
  • Returned items must be in the exact condition they were received, without any damage.
  • By accepting the order, the customer agrees to all terms and conditions.
  • EIO reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice to maintain service quality.
